Although most of one’s work experience and career skills are gathered in the real world and not in courses, there are still multiple reasons to have written proof of qualifications. Sometimes, special projects require certain minimum qualifications and sometimes the proof of accredited organizations are important to potential partners and collegues. This is a non-exhaustive list of my special qualifications:
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
By completing the IQNet training for internal auditors, I am qualified and allowed to implement partial and complete internal audits for organizations having a quality management system based on ISO 13485 or ISO 9001.
State Inspected and Certified Management Consultant
To start as a management consultant in Austria, a strict application and examination procedure is required. I am a state inspected and certified management consultant, meaning that I have not only completed a 4-month intense training program, but I have also passed a multi-stage examination consisting of an oral exam and a 6-hour written exam focusing on 12 central topics in management consultancy.
Trained in ISO 20700
Being a management consultant is much more than telling people something during a project. Proper management consultancy consists of a strict and clear process starting from proper offers to correct invoicing. Additionally, multiple soft skills are required. I am trained in ISO 20700, the global standard for management consultancy.
Completed the MIT Innovation Leadership Bootcamp
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) offers a 12 week bootcamp for experienced entrepreneurs focusing on innovation, startup creation and personal leadership. I was admitted to the small circle of bootcampers, who were selected from thousands of applicants. The 12 week program consisted of building a complete startup in this time, working with a global team and attending intense lectures. I was able to complete all given tasks and succesfully finish the program.
Cambridge First and Advanced Certificate
Beside having a bilingual secondary education for 8 years, I have completed the Cambridge first and Advanced Examination in English. Additionally, English has become the primary languege in 50% of my projects.
Obwohl die meisten Arbeitserfahrungen und beruflichen Fähigkeiten in der realen Welt und nicht in Kursen gesammelt werden, gibt es dennoch Gründe, einen schriftlichen Qualifikationsnachweis zu haben. Manchmal erfordern spezielle Projekte bestimmte Mindestqualifikationen und manchmal ist der Nachweis akkreditierter Organisationen für potenzielle Partner und Kollegen wichtig. Dies ist eine nicht vollständige Aufzählung meiner besonderen Qualifikationen:
Zertifizierter interner Auditor für Qualitätsmanagementsysteme nach ISO 13485 und ISO 9001
Durch den Abschluss der IQNet-Schulung für interne Auditoren bin ich qualifiziert und berechtigt, partielle und vollständige interne Audits für Organisationen durchzuführen, die ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach ISO 13485 oder ISO 9001 haben.
Staatlich geprüfter und zertifizierter Unternehmensberater
Um als Unternehmensberater in Österreich zu starten, ist ein strenges Bewerbungs- und Prüfungsverfahren erforderlich. Ich bin staatlich geprüfter und zertifizierter Unternehmensberater, d.h. ich habe nicht nur eine 4-monatige Intensivausbildung absolviert, sondern auch eine mehrstufige Prüfung bestehend aus einer mündlichen Prüfung und einer 6-stündigen schriftlichen Prüfung mit 12 Themenschwerpunkten bestanden.

Unternehmensberater zu sein ist viel mehr, als den Leuten während eines Projekts etwas zu erzählen. Gute Unternehmensberatung besteht aus einem strengen und klaren Prozess, der vom richtigen Angebot bis zur korrekten Rechnungsstellung reicht. Darüber hinaus sind mehrere Soft Skills erforderlich. Ich bin in ISO 20700, dem globalen Standard für Managementberatung, geschult.

Ich wurde in den kleinen Kreis der Bootcamper aufgenommen, die aus tausenden Bewerbern ausgewählt wurden. Das 12-wöchige Programm bestand darin, in dieser Zeit ein komplettes Startup aufzubauen, mit einem globalen Team zu arbeiten und intensive Vorlesungen zu besuchen. Ich konnte alle gestellten Aufgaben erledigen und das Programm erfolgreich abschließen.
Cambridge First und Advanced Zertifikat
Neben einer zweisprachigen Sekundarschulbildung für 8 Jahre habe ich die Cambridge First and Advanced Examination in Englisch absolviert. Außerdem ist Englisch in 50 % meiner Projekte zur Hauptsprache geworden.
